Hi I am Celene Pamatmat. I've been a Virtual Assistant Senior Sourcing Associate in a Legal Recruitment Firm for 3 years where my daily responsibilities are candidate sourcing, data entry and data collection of information of potential candidates and I also have a little experience with being an EA to the Managing Director. I outsource potential candidates in search engines like LinkedIn, Google and company websites. I input the details of the potential candidates on Google sheets like company name, company email and contact number and also in Recruitly for company's database record. I message and email potential candidates on LinkedIn DM, LinkedIn Inmail and their company email if available. I compile the replies of potential candidates on Google sheets and set appointment calls and send directly to the Managing Director so that the Managing Director can contact the potential candidate. I also edit the resume/CV of potential candidates in the company's format. Prior to my Virtual Assistant Senior Sourcing Associate role, I've been a Data Encoder part timer in a well known hair salon here in the Philippines where I input their inventory sales and products to their company website.
