Collected and analyzed customer requirements through field surveys and recommended the best compressed air optimization solutions depending on their applications. Developed Project Plans, BoQs and As-installed drawings. 01/2019 – 08/2020 Nairobi, Kenya Accomplishments: From the surveys reports I did, we were able to get implementation contacts for leak audits, repairs and improved compressed air piping which reduced energy consumption by up to 40%. • Production Reconciller General Plastics Limited My key responsibilities were to monitor, document and analyze production materials, variances in process and provide better material handling solutions. Collected and analyzed production and downtime data to determine machine performance. 01/2018 – 01/2019 Nairobi, Kenya During my stay there, I was able to impact in the following ways: From production data analysis and bottlenecks elimination, we were able to reduce material losses from over 50% to 12% in 4 months. Issued job orders and did production follow ups; a process which minimized overproduction by up to 24%. Optimized performance of machine operators through accountability board and ensured most of the daily production targets were met. I was able to gain invaluable experience on SYSPRO ERP and refined my Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analytical skills. • • • • Junior Process Engineer Burn Manufacturing USA LLC My key responsibilities were to check and ensure smooth flow of production process, identify and eliminate bottlenecks and took daily production records to improve production processes. Some of the skills I gained include: Process analysis Equipment OEE Maintenance scheduling Plant safety. • • • • 07/2017 – 12/2017 Kenya PROJECTS AGOL LPG Import Pipeline Rehabilitation This project involves the replacement of an old LPG import line and installation of controls from the jetty to the bulk storage facility. 08/2021 – present GBHL Vegetable Oil Bulk Handling Facility This facility is to be in two parts: An import receiving facility with a rail siding in Mombasa and a storage facility with 5 storage tanks, loading gantry, piping, a rail siding and utility rooms in Nairobi. Milestones: Successfully completed designs & costing which were approved and awarded an EPC contract for execution. Raft foundations completed one and half weeks ahead of plan. 06/2021 – present PEK Villas This was a residential villa project for construction of 4 villas in a shared compound with the associated utilities ( Water, Drainage, WWT, LPG,CCTV, Internet) and landscaping. 04/2019 – 07/2022 Proto LPG Bottling Plant This facility is for receiving LPG from the storage tank to a small day tank for refilling LPG cylinders and storage of cylinders. It will be a link between the main supplier and the Proto distributors in Coast region. 06/2021 – present Shell Kerarapon Service Station This project involved the construction of a service station (Tank farm, canopy, soak pit, interceptor, power room) and a commercial station building. 12/2020 – 08/2021 GBHL Embakasi Grain Handling Facility GBHL Terminal C This is a bulk grain storage facility with 13 tanks, conveyor, rail siding, utilities and an administration building. 01/2018 – 09/2021 Total Links Road Service Station This project involved the construction of a service station (Tank farm, canopy, soak pit, interceptor, power room).
