My work experience was in Singapore fore the past 5 years. I worked as a Manager from a well know coffee shop named Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I handle more than 10 staffs in a day. I do the purchasing of the goods, preparing the store for its opening or closing. I do weekly reports of sales. Monthly inventories and loses. I also handle customer complaints, rectify the issues. I manage the daily basis on the store operations, on how to replace the staffs absentee or during breaktime. I've been with operations for the past 7years. My latest job was this sales and marketing and I just learned it from exploring things on social media. Reading different kinds of articles about sales and marketing and how to do it. I am a fast learner and you can count on me when it comes to attention into details.
