With a degree in Secondary Education major in Mathematics and a variety of experiences in teaching and experience in the customer service field, I am confident in my ability to adapt to diverse roles that require a dedicated, goal-oriented, and responsible individual.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have cultivated a solid foundation in education, communication, and collaboration. My experience as a teacher and customer service representative strengthened my ability to connect with people, solve problems efficiently, and deliver tasks with diligence. I am also a licensed professional teacher (LET passer) and have passed the Civil Service Exam which speaks to my commitment and readiness for professional responsibilities.

I am highly adaptable and eager to contribute to a team where I can apply my skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and digital literacy. Whether in education, administrative work or a customer-facing environment, I bring with me a strong work ethic, a passion for learning, and the flexibility to thrive in different settings.
