Hello I am Yvette with a degree of Bachelor's of science in Tourism Management. For 3  years I worked as a front desk receptionist in a hotel. what I do as a front office receptionist is we provide customer service to our guest, we greet them as they enter the hotel and perform the process of checking in and checking out of the guest,  we also do back office work like handling email reservations, answering telephone calls from outbound and inbound, cashiering like processing of payments, inputting and organizing guest information’s through our hotel software, Microsoft word and excel.  Finding a long-term work and building a good work relationship with my future client is my long term target.
