I am a self-motivated property manager with two years of experience in management, and three years of experience in customer service and administration. Law graduate from a top university in the United Kingdom, with particular interests in Intellectual Property, Family Law, and Company Law. I graduated with a 2:1 grade with Honours.
I was also the class representative of the Student Guild, acting as the voice for the Law school - a cohort of over 400 students.
I am always striving to learn more, which is why I am currently pursuing an associate's degree in Computing, with a focus on web development.
Beyond that, I also have extensive experience in customer-facing roles. In the hospitality industry, I was the first point of contact for both customers and staff in a fast-paced business.
I also have experience in the technology industry. I provided excellent customer service for a website-building platform with over 200 million users, and maintained strong product knowledge of emerging softwares. During this time, I investigated complaints reported by customers, with issues ranging from billing to SEO.
