I have my first job as a Professional Nurse for 3 years which enhanced my skills in handling people in different situation. I have been a Technical Support Specialist for 5 months which I do basic troubleshooting skills related to internet connection, STB and telephone problems. I also had a 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative in a financial institution processing client’s transaction over-the-phone. I am currently employed as a Member Relations Officer in a Health Insurance Firm providing orientation to Member's Benefits, creating year-round activity for members and dealing with Member's concerns.
