I was a Technical Support Representative in Microsoft office for Macintosh and Windows Computer , Our job is to help our customer with their issue in Microsoft products if the customer is still in the warranty we can remotely access their computer for quick fix If not we can help them via phone instruction I stayed in that company for 6 months, Last one is in Sears and Kmart websites I was a Customer Service Representative Our job is to help our customer to place an order / Process their refund / Cancellation even giving discount if needed, I'm doing that task for 6 months and got promoted as a case manager , Case manager task is to listen to our front line agents and give them feedback and tips for them to improve in their next calls. I stayed in that company for 3 years and I want to transfer in Home jobs that's why i'm looking for a long term relationship in this industry.
