My name is Catalina Isaza, and I currently work as an IT Support and Engineering Assistant at an electrical engineering company.
In my role, I make sure there’s smooth communication between our internal team and both national and governmental organizations involved in renewable energy projects.
I’m responsible for scheduling virtual meetings, carefully reviewing project documentation before submission, and requesting equipment quotations from national and international suppliers — communicating in both English and Spanish.
I enjoy keeping projects well-organized and ensuring every detail is delivered accurately. My background in electronics and my experience in bilingual customer support have helped me develop strong coordination and communication skills that I apply every day in this role.
