Skills & Experience:
Bookkeeping: Proficient in managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and reconciling bank statements.
Accounting: Familiar with accounting principles, GAAP, and tax compliance. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
Data Entry: Accurate and detail-oriented with experience in inputting data into various systems using spreadsheets and databases.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Virtual Assistant: Proficient in managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and coordinating travel arrangements remotely.
Availability: Available to start immediately on a full-time or part-time basis. Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
