I’m a commercially driven leader with experience across operations, retail, marketing, satellite services, and customer experience, having worked at EXCO level in strategic roles. Over the years, I’ve focused on growing businesses, improving performance, strengthening brands, and building customer-focused cultures that deliver real results.

In retail operations, I was responsible for driving growth across multiple branches within our national footprint. This meant analysing performance data, identifying service and operational gaps, solving customer challenges, and putting practical improvement plans in place. I enjoy working with both numbers and people — using insights to guide decisions while supporting teams to execute effectively.

In marketing, I led campaigns aimed at increasing market share and strengthening brand visibility. I approach marketing strategically, ensuring that messaging connects emotionally with customers while also delivering commercial impact. I believe strong brands are built through consistency, clarity, and a deep understanding of the customer.

Within Satellite Services, I led the development of a nationwide reseller network and oversaw the rollout of connectivity solutions to customers in remote and underserved areas. This required strong stakeholder management, partner development, coordination across teams, and disciplined execution. It was rewarding to see how improved connectivity enabled growth, access, and opportunity.

In Customer Experience leadership, I worked across departments to improve service standards and embed a customer-first mindset. I facilitated training, aligned teams, and introduced structured feedback mechanisms to improve satisfaction and retention. I’m particularly passionate about bringing teams together around a shared goal and ensuring that strategy translates into action.
