In my almost 2 years of experience in being an Order Processing Associate Role, I focused on and improved my organizational and administrative skills by managing purchase orders, coordinating with supplier relationships and ensuring timely deliveries. This role also required me to be highly detail-oriented, manage multiple tasks including adhoc activities under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, which I resolve and handle unexpected issues, as well as accommodating their requests and inquiries. I am proficient in using tools such as SAP Ariba, Concur, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and various project management software or ERP systems which I use to track orders, collaborate with other teams and manage schedules. Which I can relate to critical skills needed for this position as a virtual assistant or an executive assistant.
