I have an experience as Admin Staff for a year where my responsibilities include answering queries, encoding, and processing legal documents. I also have 2 years and 8 months experience as Transaction Processing Analyst where my main task is to process US Healthcare accounts, I process medical claims and compute accumulated amount of the customers to be specific. I also have experience as Claims Ancillary Officer for a year where I set up Australian Healthcare account, my main responsibility is to set-up new join accounts and do necessary policy changes per request of the customers. I also have knowledge with E-Commerce, drop shipping specifically. I am a detail-oriented person and loves to challenge myself to go beyond my limitations, for this is what separates mediocrity to excellence.
