For the past few months, I have been working as a virtual assistant and I have been handling tasks such as email response, data gathering, research and customer support. I was able to carry out these tasks due to my proficiency in search engines and software. I am also knowledgeable in spreadsheets, word and PowerPoint. I am competent enough to handle customer service and technical issues. I am constantly seeking improvement in areas that has something to do with Data Entry and research.
