I am an experienced Customer Service Representative in areas like; phone supports, live chat and face-to-face. I’ve handled Retail, Sales and Accounts Receivables. This experienced develop my skills in dealing different types of people. 

I am a graduate of Bachelor in Elementary Education and a licensed professional teacher since 2017. I was able to practice my profession and because of this I learned a lot of admin tasks.

I took up Bookkeeping course and gotten my National Certificate III for it. I now have the background on how to record financial transactions.

I also enrolled in an online course for Amazon Product Researcher.
