She was also involved in identifying and engaging with stakeholders as well as ensuring research activities carried out according to the plan. Carolyne was the project officer in charge of the Clean Energy project. She managed project field expenditure within agreed budget, worked with community based organizations/stakeholders to ensure that problems are resolved and experience gained well documented. She coordinated administration of survey instruments such as questionnaires, ensured that field staff are aware of timelines and deliver accordingly, verified accuracy of reported data and acted as a liaison person between the company and all the project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. She also carried out data collection and compilation of data and information. Carolyne was the community officer in charge of carrying out monitoring and evaluation of projects, field visits to ensure compliance of set project standards, data collection and preparing progress reports, success stories and lessons learned. She also provided administrative support such as managing and coordinating logistics for the project.
