I am creative, self-motivated, hard-working, empathetic, and very approachable when it comes to working with others. I use a holistic approach to help clients balance and promote a positive lifestyle, healthy eating habits, and look and feel their very best, by assessing their unique diet and lifestyle choices. I help them bridge the gap between where they currently are, and where they want to be by setting actionable goals together.
I am also an advocate for addressing the root cause of issues rather than the symptoms alone. In this way, we can effectively get to the bottom of challenges clients might be facing (rather than providing a temporary fix), and improve these areas from the ground up.
