Carolina Zuniga

I have a B.A in Business Management (University of South Florida, Tampa, FL) and a MSc in International Business (University of Ulster, London, UK). I am fluent in Spanish and English and I speak conversational Italian. 

I am very passionate about the human side of a company as I believe that great humans are the key to a successful business. I enjoy working with small teams where I get to know everybody and I can create professional relationships always based on the premise that the add-value of a human being behind a screen cannot be replaced. 

• Managed and oversaw web design & development projects to ensure its completion with high quality standards

• Researched and developed international HR strategies to manage and improve the performance of remote team members.

• Managed the hiring process for Director of Marketing and Communications, Web Developer, Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant and HR Specialists 

• Created and managed budget for year-long projects as well as calendars and email communications to ensure its success.

Personal:

I am passionate about languages, personal finances, travel, human behavior, entrepreneurship and animals. I get a huge sense of accomplishment when I'm making personal budgets. Also, if there is a dog across the street I'm walking on, I'll probably change my path just so I can pet it.
