DUTIES:
Plan, prepare, and submit budget reports on behalf of the Chief, FR. Track monthly
expenditures, purchase requests, local mileage claims, and other financial matters. Brief
the Manager monthly on funding execution rate.
Government Credit Card Holder, Use the credit card according to regulations, Keep

Serve as the Administrative Specialist for the Manager, Family Readiness
Branch. Responsible for the overall organization of the FR Branch SharePoint site,
Suspense Log, Reporting, and recordkeeping. Assists with special projects for the FR

Prepare reports and other documents (e.g. Commander’s Guide) accurate and error-free

DUTIES:
