My primary task was to search and investigate real estate properties and get the detailed property information using the company's database as well as public records then I examine and review all the documents gathered from investigation such as mortgages, liens, foreclosure, assets, court cases, last will, divorce and others, and file and scan all the legal documents together with the Title Policy to be issued.
