I have over 10 years of work experience in the BPO industry in the areas of customer service,business processes, quality development and training management. I have been involved in inbound programs providing customer support to different industries like media, telecommunication and online shopping websites. I have also worked as a corporate sales executive for office machines and printing company. My job entails assessing customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features. Moreover, exposure to printing business has led me to acquire the skill in graphic arts. I use photoshop in editing and design creation. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills which lead to building productive business relationships with colleagues and clients.With my experience and diverse background i hope to join an organization wherein i can effectively contribute to its growth and development.
