I have been working as a Data Encoder for the past 7 years. I've learned a lot of knowlegde and skills being a data encoder. Data encoders, also known as data coders, data entry specialists, and information processing workers, are responsible for entering specialized data into computer systems. Although some data entry work is menial, it can often require encoders to have specialized knowledge of computer software. Their jobs can also include other basic administrative functions.The primary job of data encoders is to enter data into a computer system. Often this data will be handwritten, requiring that it be typed in.
