Carlos Villalobos

My name is Carlos and I'm a 22 year old Honduran citizen looking for the best jobs opportunities either for full time, part time, or just hourly contract.

In these past 2 years I've acquired skills from my different jobs in their majority customer service. I've work for Cricket Wireless, Grubhub food delivery company, Total Wireless, and a couple of newspapers as the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Dayton Daily News and the Austin American Statesman. From Cricket and Total Wireless I've learned tech support skills, how to troubleshoot mobile networks issues, and to be patient with hard time phone users. As from the rest of jobs I've learn how to empathize with customer's complaints and needs, be friendly and a good listener even with the most difficult ones, and the relevance of multitask skill.

I consider myself good in customer service. I do my best to provide the customer service experience I expect to receive when needed.
