My career spans over two decades, providing me with deep expertise in Animal Production,

Agriculture, Irrigation, Logistics, and Covered Agriculture in both small and large-scale operations.

I have experience in leadership roles such as Founder and General Manager, International Director,

and Regional Manager of Sales, which has equipped me with proven skills in Leadership, Strategic

Thinking, and Stakeholder Management.

Key areas of my management and technical expertise include:

• Irrigation and Water Management: Expertise in Irrigation design and experience as a

Coordinator and Designer/Supervisor of irrigation systems. I also hold a Diploma in

Water Resources Management for Agriculture.

• Commercial Development and Sales: Successfully led the commercial positioning for

new products and managed sales for irrigation systems and animal handling equipment.

• Animal Production and Teaching: Prior experience as Livestock specialist and

nutritionist and Animal Production Teacher, including formation and training of dairy

farmers and managing familiar animal production activities.

• Operational and Safety Skills: Competent in CAD Design, Agriculture Software, and

Research and Development. I also have knowledge of OHS, Hazard identification, ISO

9001, ISO 14000, GAP and HACCP.
