I am excited to be in Customer support since I enjoy
the ability to help Customer resolve product issue that
can affect amazing companies. I am very organized
when answering Question, and can do multi-Chats. I
have always been a top performer in all of the
companies that I have assisted with me skills sets. I
have many years in the Customer care Department
and have managed small Teams with 7 -10 agents at
a time. My experience comes from a long history of
success in helping companies grow and adapt at any
given time. I like to partake in any role (given my skill
set) to assist teammates strategize with Team Leader,
and have the ability to create affective solution for
potential customers. I have worked remotely for 4 year
and counting. I am reliable and punctual. I am looking
for companies that I can become part of in any key
role so I can help such a company meet goals and
exceed them. I am driven by a mindset of ability and
experience.
