Started in the customer service industry back in 2016, I've performed multiple positions during my career path such as inbound customer service representative, back office (email and chat support) and fraud investigator for an online money transfer business. I also have experience with inbound sales or soft sales for a credit bureau. Experienced in Microsoft Office too. I'm a Spanish native language speaker but very fluent in English as well.
