not only for what that recognition means but for being able to achieve it in an agency that does
not belong to the large networks and much more the fact that it is for a "country brand" that I
have had for the 3rd time in my professional career and that I can continue to build and de ne.

I assumed the role of Creative Graphic Director within the Postobón account scheme (Sodas,
Water, Tea, Juices, Energy Drinks and communication company) with the main objective of
improving the performance in terms of creativity and graphic development of the group. A goal
for an account and a group that had a long-overdue thought process and level of performance
turned into a very worthwhile achievement.
In my third year, at the agency I had the opportunity to lead a totally new group, with this and
preserving the Postobón soft drink category and adding a large-scale retail brand such as Éxito,
after a year we relaunched the most important brand in the portfolio from Postobón with a great
campaign (Apple - Life's Better in Pink), and we also managed to build a communication
platform focused on supporting sports.

I actively participated in several bidding processes where we won 3 important accounts and
from there I had the opportunity to work with them: Bacardí and his entire portfolio, Juan
Valdez, an iconic Colombian brand and Cusezar (construction company) with the latter and with
a multidisciplinary team focused on digital, we managed to have the recognition of (2 EFFIES GOLD and SILVER).

In 2008 I joined JWT as Art Director; within a league of art directors of the highest level at that
time and a team of passionate about advertising where my work was always tested to a high
standard that consisted of creating, development, and implementation of proposals and
creative concepts of ATL for di erent local and network brands. Then I had "Redd's beer" as
the only account with which I had the opportunity to generate pieces of high visibility and
experience in OOH, then I had the experience of directing a creative group together with highly
experienced directors.

even knowing what it meant. As an art director in a small agency in terms of the number of sta
but large in terms of creative development, we strive that each piece was something that would
leave us happy from a creative point of view, achieving clients with little or no creative demand.
They will become dependent and demanding of creativity for their projects, thus giving us the
opportunity to produce better and better pieces for them so that as a team we can build a
portfolio that is generous in ideas and visually attractive.

Within this agency, he explores multiple capacities by assuming di erent roles as a designer, art
direction trainee, and responsible for print production.
I assumed the role of graphic and team leader of the other members of the graphic group,
thanks to the trust of the directors of the agency who allowed me to proactively assume various
roles to make the agency more e cient and therefore my work, organize the equipment and
request the tools to make work more uid and natural, this evidenced some changes in
personnel, the purchase or update of equipment, software and adequate lighting conditions.

I started my experience in Brazil, where I arrived with a university portfolio and with the
foundations of graphic design, there I initially carried out corporate image projects, brochures
and institutional material and over time I was taking part in projects as a graphic creative

It was there where I understood the role of an art director within the agencies, the
methodologies to create an advertising campaign based on a brief and over time I achieved an
invitation from the agency to process my application for a work visa in it. and occupy the
