I graduated in Industrial Engineering and a Master in Business Administration. I have wide
experience in human resources management. I consider myself a proactive and analytical person,
equipped with communicational and motivational abilities to lead teams and achieve results. I
enjoy the idea of learning and working in different areas of engineering, especially those relating to
operations and logistics where people are involved.

My role consisted of managing a team, recruiting and training new employees, and supervising the
working atmosphere for the fulfillment of the working tasks. Under my leadership, the proposal and
implementation of a new organizational structure were achieved, defining the positions and correctly
evaluating and locating employees.

of employee’s financial skills by coaching support).
