response times and the supply of critical materials, as well as the communication between the buyer and the end
user which leads to a better understanding of the parts and less mistakes in the parts purchased.

In charge of warehouse operations for Diabras Mexicana in their 3 projects ( Bolivar, Cusi and Malpaso Plant).
Daily operations include warehouse management, inventory, implementation of internal controls and dealing with
local vendors in research of urgent parts. Developing local vendors to take advantage of our situation close to the
Mennonite community which has important vendors; this helps us to improve our costs and delivery time. We also
improved communication with the projects that lead to a better operation lowering the production costs.
Since July 2009 also took over the transportation responsibilities, mainly coordinating the transportation of
concentrates from the plant to port, shipping operations in Manzanillo, preparing customs documentation as well as
Holding Certificates for the concentrate.
