Being an International Cabin Crew I worked as ambassador for British Airways for nearly twenty years helping customers onboard the aircraft and also helping my collegues at the same time.

I had the chance to become a Cabin Chief during my time with Norwegian Air and also got the chance to manage a whole team and liase with my supervisors on the ground at both the office and the airport.

My previous experience as Booking Agent for American Airlines for nearly three years gave me the knowledge and the tools to also deal with difficult situations over the phone and now I find my confort zone in dealing with customers and providing them answers and solutions to their queries.

I'm very good at teamwork, not only leading the team but also being a part of it, and it is my belief that we have everything we need to help others. You Just need to find in the right place and helping others to find their own tools and strength became one my personals skills.
