I have been very passionate about accomplishing any work I've been doing.I am also very perfectionist in my work and I always want to finish my job before the said time duration with accurate rating. I always review my work before submitting it to my respective supervisor just in case I have missed something and correction in my work. I am open to my superior about of what's happening in my work and environment for as long it can make my work faster and easier. I am willing to accept suggestions that may help our transaction faster and better but I am not open for failures. I can work individually and as much as possible I am always open to work in a team especially to those teammates that needs to be polished and I am willing to help them to learn new things and share my ideas and knowledge that may help them to grow as an individual. Because I believed that a team should have an open communication to achieve a great output. And I am an optimistic person and I am not a fan of failure because I always apply my problem-solving ability and I know that in every problem that may occur there's always an immediate solution for that.
