Create and manage test artifacts and test strategy Creates and monitors test metrics Created templates for test deliverables such as test cases, defect management templates etc. Identify risks and mitigation for project test phases Determine resource and scheduling requirements for the PeopleSoft Test team. Additional general responsibilities: Keep up to date with advances in project management, quality assurance and software testing and look for continual improvement in procedures and policies. Participate fully as a member of the management team, bringing ideas for discussion and representing the Manila team within the project team meeting. Carlo was the Product Lead for ResourceLink European and American division whose responsibility is to manage the Functional Support team, the Technical Support team and the Software Quality Assurance team. His responsibility also includes providing metrics report, risk assessment and management, resource task allocation, resource performance assessment and acts as a single point of contact for European managers and counterparts for the Functional and technical teams.
