I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and 15+ years of professional experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, and Account Management combined, working for top American and UK companies. My work experience has has honed me professional skills and abilities in customer and client handling polished by time, in-depth trainings and hands-on experiences.

I started freelancing as a virtual assistant in the ecommerce industry since 2020 and have served at least 4 CEOs. I have acquired a substantial level of understanding with standard concepts and best practices within the eCommerce retail & marketing environment and in the importance of being flexible in learning and managing multiple tasks efficiently and autonomously as a reliable and trusted virtual assistant.
