I have more than 12 years with experience in Project Management as a Program Manager and PMO Lead.

During all these years, I provided services to more than 10 accounts and had the opportunity to work in 3 client’s sites. Providing support to Project Managers across the life cycle process, training the PMs on PMI methodologies, helping to achieve the deadlines, maintaining tools, dashboards, tracking and reporting on overall progress. Taking a mediator role to unlock problems between different areas and stakeholders. I had the opportunity to transform several processes, introducing automations, RPA, to reduce time and costs, and proposed continuous improvements. I have managed a team with more than 25 PMO resources, where I have been responsible for Invoicing & Forecasting processes of the largest Social Media Account. I worked as a Program & Project Manager in important companies in IT areas, helping in the execution of their programs/projects using Agile & Waterfall Methodology.

Additionally, I have a Business Administration Degree in Buenos Aires University, which I got in 2016. I'm also certified in Agile Methodologies and Project Management and had individual classes of coaching that helped me to improve my soft skills and guide my team to success. I consider myself as a team player with great capabilities to inspire and motivate others, having a great stamina for hard work, restorative, enthusiastic, and excellent power to build relations with clients and colleagues.

  • 2+ Auditor experience to projects of the Delivery Center using CMMI & SOX Methodology.
  • Experience with Google Cloud in VMs migrations projects
