Carl Valenzuela

I’ve spent nearly a decade working in Customer Support and Technical Support, and during that time, I’ve learned a lot about helping people and solving problems. I started my career at Concentrix (formerly Convergys Philippines) back in 2014, where I supported a variety of programs until 2022. Over the years, I’ve developed the skills needed to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently, all while making sure customers feel heard and valued. I’ve always believed that clear communication and empathy are key to creating a positive customer experience, and I take pride in making sure that happens.

Beyond the technical side, I’m also skilled in customer retention and loyalty strategies. I enjoy building relationships with customers and finding ways to ensure their long-term satisfaction. I’ve worked on several projects to improve customer retention, and through those experiences, I’ve learned the importance of understanding customer needs to foster loyalty.

I’m very tech-savvy, with a passion for electronics and all things tech-related. I’m also someone who thrives on routine and enjoys working in a logical and methodical way. My attention to detail ensures that I catch things others might miss, and I love following a structured approach to problem-solving.

Right now, I’m ready to expand my horizons and gain experience in new fields. I’m excited to step into new challenges that will help me grow and develop a fresh set of skills, whether that’s in a different industry or a new role entirely. I’m always eager to adapt, learn, and improve.

Outside of work, I love to tap into my creative side. I’m passionate about poetry, which allows me to express myself in a meaningful way. I also have a deep love for music, where I enjoy exploring different genres and improvising. I play several instruments and am always looking for new ways to expand my musical abilities. These creative pursuits, alongside my technical skills, keep me constantly learning and exploring both personally and professionally.

I’m excited for whatever comes next—whether it’s helping customers, working on retention strategies, or diving into something entirely new. I’m ready for the next challenge and excited about the future.
