Carl Anthony Managbanag Morillo

Hi! I’m Carl Anthony M. Morillo, a recent IT graduate from Baybay City, Leyte, with a strong passion for technology and a big desire to grow in the IT field. During my On-the-Job Training, I worked as a Desktop Support Technician, where I gained hands-on experience in troubleshooting, user support, and maintaining computer systems. I also worked part-time at an emission testing center, helping with tech support and maintenance whenever needed.

I hold a National Certificate II in Computer Systems Servicing, which gave me a solid foundation in setting up, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware and networks. I’m also skilled in using Active Directory for managing users, configuring DNS, and providing day-to-day IT support. I enjoy solving problems and helping people with their tech-related issues, whether it's fixing a slow computer, resetting a password, or setting up a network.

I’m comfortable working with Windows OS, and I’m very familiar with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I’ve also used various collaboration tools that help teams stay connected and productive. Over time, I’ve learned how important it is to communicate clearly and be patient, especially when guiding users who aren’t tech-savvy.

One of my strengths is being a fast learner. I like exploring new tools and systems, and I’m always open to learning new things—especially in areas like system administration, IT infrastructure, and even AI (which I’m really curious about!). I’m currently looking for a remote job where I can apply what I know, support my family financially, and continue growing my skills.

I have a reliable internet connection and a good laptop (Acer Nitro 5), so I’m fully ready to work from home. Whether it’s a role in IT support, data entry, or as a Virtual Assistant, I’m confident I can be an asset to any team. I’m hardworking, detail-oriented, and most importantly, I care about doing my job well.
