Experienced in working within Agile environments with SCRUM.
On a more personal note, I am an avid photographer, videographer and traveler. You can view
some of my work here. I also love taking on challenges, my most recent one - learning German;
my favourite word so far has to be doch!
An intelligence soldier in the past, I spend my free time nowadays building MVPs/prototypes to
my SaaS ideas (if I'm not out in the sun taking pictures!). Sustainabite is one of them.

Product Operations Manager
Leading the Product Operations team, managing the deployment and delivery of our products
(courses) to over 2000 currently active students.
Led two major communications migrations between CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot and
ActiveCampaign). I leveraged them as opportunities to drive scalability, which resulted in an 18%
drop in communication-related tickets.
Led a restructure project in our in-house LMS. This allowed for a more efficient backend process in
the operational aspect by introducing an evergreen solution, and also created a more intuitive user
experience for our students.
Product Operations Specialist
Learned new skills to manage program communications in Marketing Cloud.
Onboarded new team members and created a database of internal SOPs.
Upscaled SOPs for efficiency and scalability, disrupting our old processes to make room for
innovative solutions.
Worked cross-functionally to create automations that decreased the manual labour and time
necessary to enrol students into new courses. No more report exports and manual enrolment - on
to an automated flow in Salesforce that follows pre-determined logic and results in a swift
enrolment process.
Promoted a cross-functional learning experience with a third-party provider to provide the team
with new skills and teachings.
Product Operations Coordinator
Utilised Asana to create an internal live tracker for the operations and delivery team, increasing
transparency and visibility across the company. It provides an overview with measurable and
quantifiable data, replacing manual reports.
Organised our course content in easy-to-browse sheets, allowing for greater productivity with the
Support team which decreased ticketing response time by 200% (from 72 hours to 24 hours).
