I've been in a Business Process Outsourcing from 2012 until now. I started as Reservation Representative and became a Web Support Representative after two years in one of the famous airline company in US. After 4 years and 6 months working in an airline I decided to look for a new knowledge and aim for career growth. As a retention agent in my current work now I was able to improve my skills on how to value customers and learned new techniques on how to gain their trust to stay.
