I have also experienced as a Shopify VA, which includes Email Campaigns, product listings and setting up Shopify Store.
I have excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets for doing database maintaining by entering new and updated customer and account information. I am also using Excel formulas for preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
My previous job was an Accounts Payable Specialist which I do billings and receiving to perform duties such as compiling, analyzing and recording bills, preparing and issuing invoices and providing customer service. I am responsible for issuing monthly statements, keeping customer files updated with current invoices, bills, and contact information and also I do payrolls.
With less supervision, I create and maintain the accounting records for the company using the QuickBooks Office. I do also reconciliation all accounts as needed.
