Accomplishments
- Production Productivity increase project - 120 days project. Result: Productivity has increased from 80 % to
88 %.
- Printed fabric project on Modal fabric with extremely high fastness requirements. Result: 2mio meter fabric
with %3 re-printing and/or re-dyeing processes in 3 weeks.
- Water-saving project on washing off processes of dyed fabrics. Result: 12% extra water-saving at
Kusters type, 7% water-saving at Goller type, 7% saving at Jet (rope) type washing machines.
- Managed a total of thirty-eight people (33 shift workers, 4 shift supervisors, 1 senior
technician) with their shift schedules, salary increases, and hiring.
- In buying position, I have accomplished 5% price decreases without effecting product quality
