Expert in Email and Chat Customer Service as I worked for 2 and a half years on an online marketplace based in the US via Zendesk. Then I got promoted as the team's Quality Analyst wherein I train our agents and monitor their KPI. I also do some reports in which I collect and organize some data in Excel and present it to our team.
I am currently enrolled and studying SEO, so I can say that I have basic knowledge of that field as well.
