I have worked both in a BPO industry and at home. When I was working in a call center, I worked for an SEO company, where I worked directly with the business owner. We did a little of everything (customer service, technical support, web development, and collection). I was also with a financial account based in the US. As for my VA experience, I worked directly with clients performing the tasks needed for their business. I helped them with bookkeeping, purchasing and following up orders, dealt with Microsoft Excel on a daily basis, uploaded products on a website for selling, and following up with my clients their meetings, flights, or anything that they need to attend to.
