I have built my experience across customer service and mortgage broking support, helping clients and teams with reliable, efficient, and friendly assistance.
From March 2023 to August 2025, I worked as a Mortgage Broking Virtual Assistant and End-to-End Loan Processor. I helped with collecting and checking documents, assessing serviceability, entering data into systems, preparing applications, and making sure compliance requirements were met. I also worked closely with clients, banks, and solicitors to keep everything on track and stress-free.
Before this, from November 2020 to February 2023, I worked as a Team Lead and Customer Care Specialist. I managed client escalations, supported administrative tasks, and handled payroll. This role helped me develop strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
I started my customer service career in July 2019 as a Process Executive, assisting clients with their insurance benefits and billing inquiries. I also updated client records with care and accuracy. This experience taught me the value of patience, empathy, and trust in building good relationships.
