I am a Filipino Architect fluent in the English language. 

I have over 7 years of collective experience in Architecture, from concept designing, presentation, down to construction. After I worked as a Design Detailer I was able to get hired for freelance CAD Detailing and Visual for Singapore projects as a sideline. I am well versed in CAD Detailing, material specifications, and basic universal construction standards. My current job as a Project Architect handling actual site projects gives me the advantage of correlating concept design versus actual construction. 

I take pride in being extremely professional towards working to deliver a job successfully and in being a perfectionist when it comes to handling projects. I do believe that if you do it right the first time, you won't have a problem with delays. I am also excellent in coordination most especially in projects that I will be working within teams since I consider it very important to clearly understand in full detail the project and all its terms before I fully commit and execute towards a given time frame. 

Things you will get if you hire me:

1. Expect a lot of coordination. I work best if the project is explained in full detail so I also ask follow-up questions for each meeting to set things clear.

2. Deadlines and commitments shall be well established since I love to organize my time, I will be introducing a work time-line in detail so you can monitor my outputs from time to time.

3. Minimal revisions as long as projects are explained clearly. I will be submitting outputs per phase based on the work time-line for you to effectively check my work.

4. All-out support for your project. I am not one to abandon projects once things get done, for as long as you can contact me to do further revisions and closeouts I will be willing to assist until the very end of the implementation until the site is successfully launched.
