I'm new to hubstaff but I've been working for over 6years in the outsourcing industry. I had the opportunity to work in different roles for companies with small start-ups and big multinational companies in the US and Nicaragua. I'm proud to be able to understand the essence and importance of each role I have taken care of and constructively learn from. A couple of the different roles have been: customer care representative, financial adviser, and virtual assistant, retention specialist, collector and translator. Motivated by success and very passionate about working to achieve higher results. Strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking to solve problems with a sense of urgency.
