Employee Relations Specialist
Partnered with people managers to solve cases related to performance management, discipline issues and job abandonment. The scope was 100,000 Mondelez employees across the Americas (from Canada to Brasil).
Direct interaction with the subjects was performed daily through email, direct messaging system and phone conversations (Skype for Business tool).

Participated in the process of the HR lifecycle (hire to retire) as well as performance and talent management for 300 white collar employees in Central America and Caribbean.
Successfully implemented, along with the HR Business Leader a two-year transformation of the commercial department in 8 countries, (Central America and Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic) in which 150 employees where terminated.
Reviewed the severance package with each of the 45 Costa Rican employees.
Supported the impacted professionals through outplacement workshops and drafting targeted resumes.
Designed the communications material, and guidelines for 20 employees remaining in countries where the local offices would be closed and remote work became the new rule.
