The scope was 100,000 Mondelez employees across the Americas (from Canada to Brasil). Reviewed the severance package with each of the 45 Costa Rican employees. Supported the impacted professionals through outplacement workshops and drafting targeted resumes. Designed the communications material, and guidelines for 20 employees remaining in countries where the local offices would be closed and remote work became the new rule.
