I am a full stack freelance web developer with a focus on the user experience. I love making websites and apps that are intuitive, maintainable, and performant.

Most recently I engineered, developed, and deployed a front end website generator built on the JAMstack with a headless Wordpress back end. I've been helping this client to reduce the number of complicated and expensive services they were using to build out and test their website. Not only that, it's significantly faster, better SEO, and infinitely easier for the marketing team to update. It's saving them money, time and generating better leads.

Before that, I worked with Altangent Labs to design and develop the Blocktap API and website (https://www.blocktap.io). We created a GraphQL cryptocurrency on-chain and market API from the ground up. It houses terabytes of data and is instantly queryable. I consulted on the architecture, aided in development of the data aggregation mechanism and API as well as designed and built the front end website.

Currently I am a full time freelancer. Previously I have worked at FTI Consulting in Pittsburgh, PA developing the processing framework that indexes huge, unorganized sets of data. Before that I was at Watchtower in Brooklyn, NY working on the most widely translated website in the world (over 1000 human translated languages). I started out my professional career with an agency building websites and apps for clients largely in Ruby on Rails.
