Hey there!

If I could explain myself in one sentence I would say, "I am a highly diversified individual eager to keep pursuing knowledge". It's cheesy, but I hope you will agree after reading more about me. :)

I obtained my B.Com Honors Degree in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town. Prior to my Honors Degree, I graduated with a B.Com Degree in Economics and Finance. I have experience in academic writing, research, report writing, and content creation.

Although my field of study is in the financial and economic spheres, I am extremely curious about engineering and the built environment, physics, and mathematics. My curious nature of all things academic enables me to truly diversify my writing and research as I gain immense enjoyment from pursuing various topics outside the scope of my specialization.

I was a guest writer for a coffee blog, The Neighborhood Barista, which explored all things coffee whilst emphasizing new coffee in new places. My passion for coffee outside of my studies has allowed me the privilege of managing some amazing cafes locally and abroad. Additionally, I also undertake research and prepare reports for a financial analyst on a freelance basis.

Beyond my studies and coffee profession, I am a certified TEFL consultant (140 Hour Certification) and a Snowboard Instructor (SBINZ NZSIA Level 2). My love for the high alpine has truly captured my attention and continues to be the main focal point in my life. I am extremely passionate about all things board-riding (surfing, skating, downhill speed-boarding, and snowboarding) and enjoy photography and content creation immensely.

My curiosity and diversity allow me to be extremely flexible whilst enjoying novel work too.
