Byron Jabez Duque

Hi I'm Byron Jabez Duque Jabez for short. I'm 27 years old and currently living in Angeles, Pampanga Philippines. I'm a very joyful person. I love giving people positive vibes most especially at the start of the day. I love having a good relationship with my colleagues. I'm very much a hardworking person. I love learning new things, especially in this real estate industry since I was a virtual assistant in a maintenance company or a vendor. 

I'm very interested in this role since my proven ability and experience as a project coordinator in a construction firm here in the Philippines and as a virtual assistant in a maintenance company in the US can contribute to your company's goal. 

What makes me stand out among the rest is that I've handled maintenance cases or work orders in my most recent job. I worked with technicians who are doing the repairs on different properties. That's why I know every little detail in every work order. I'm used to coordinating as well with the property management on what is the progress of the repairs done on the property and when the work order is done. I'm pretty knowledgeable as well on how work orders or maintenance requests work. I can communicate as well with the homeowners and tenants who requested the maintenance repairs for their property. I think that's pretty much it on my end.
