I work with technical support team of the largest internet providers in USA and Australia learned a lot of technical things about internet how it works and to cope up with their billing issues. I also worked at the largest online shopping website and handle multiple departments on the said website learned how to communicate with frustrated customers about lost packages and defective products. All in all i can say that i have been a good customer service representative for my past few experiences. I was able to perform on my previous job and helping others by training them on how they can cope with the customers to resolve certain issues.
